G.J.Brown- The Inspired Site

Hello there! I suppose if we are going to get to know one another, then I should begin at the beginning. I grew up in a small Texas town among the trees and sunshine of the southeast. I am the youngest of six siblings and my parents have been together for what seems like forever. My love of writing started when I was a child.  As I grew up, I loved to read and come up with my own stories. I was more likely to spend my free time at the library than hanging out with friends. When I started thinking about my career, the only thing I wanted was to be a writer. I've studied religion, teaching, and English Literature in college and graduated twice. No matter where I work, though, I always end up scribbling paragraphs on the nearest scraps of paper. So I decided to just go with it. I don't expect to get rich and famous. I just want my stories to be told. Wish me luck!
